The marketing director has to create such an ambiance where everyone would feel like working actually. The subordinates who are working under him need constant motivation to perform really well. They should feel like working on projects and works which are assigned to them. In case one does not get to identify with the work he or she has been assigned then the marketing director has to take a step forward and make things far simpler for the employee.
Advertising and promotional activities are usually designed by them and it has consumer research or survey programs are conducted very often by the marketing department, which is required to be supervised and monitored by him. There are events which are planned very often which needs monitoring and the marketing director has to see to it.

Question by BillYiOn: Affiliate Marketing for minors? Hey, im 16 and i have a well thought out plan for affiliate marketing. But this is where the problem arising. 1. My mom lives in China, my dad works in Conneticuit, and i go to high school in Kansas City suburbs with another family. WTF is my legal address??? 2. Taxes, are there taxes for affiliate marketing, i think the bill for taxing in CT is being passed but theres none in Kansas. 3. Do i need a worker's permit/SSN to start affiliating? 4. 1. Your legal address is the address that you are currently residing in (Kansas City) because you want the check to be delivered directly to you. 2. I guess it really depends on how much money you make off of affiliate marketing. From my understanding there is no current law that says you have to. I guess until the law is passed in the state, the money you make is yours to keep. Since your address is in Kansas City, I may not apply to you 3. NO legit affiliate programs should ask you for your money, social security number. If they do, its a SCAM so make sure to research thoroughly before signing up for affiliate programs 4. Your like is not F~~~~~ Up! Complicated yes, but not that bad 5. For your final question, what is your plan? Can't advise you if you are doing something illegal if you don't explain. But let me say that if you doubt your plan in any way, look it over a few more times or get some legal advise. Wish you the best!

Legal address is where you are residing now. You will pay income tax on what you make and you can do this under your SSN. You may need to check with the local city government to see if you need a business license. Some states require you to have one even if you are a sole proprietor and I do not know if they have an age limit. Also in some states you do not have to get the license until you make a certain amount usually around $ 3,000 to $ 4,000. You should be able to start it, I don't believe there are any child labor laws regarding you doing an online business. I've heard of people younger than you doing an online business with no ramifications.
